What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For sublimation orders, our MOQ is 1 piece per design per color. Yes – just ONE piece. This is one of the lowest MOQs in the custom sportswear industry. For cut-and-sew orders, MOQ varies based on design complexity – please contact us for a specific quote.
How long does it take to produce custom jerseys?
Sample development takes 5-7 working days after design confirmation. Bulk production takes 15-25 working days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be available – please contact us to discuss.
What printing and customization techniques do you offer?
We offer 72 post-processing techniques including: digital sublimation printing, 3D silicone/TPU logos, 3D embroidery, chenille embroidery, towel embroidery, screen printing, DTF, puff print, crack print, ice print, reflective, foil, flock, high-density print, and more. What fabrics do you use?
We use 100% Polyester for sublimation printing (120-180 gsm), our proprietary 93% Polyester / 7% Spandex AK8016 blend (198 gsm) for stretch applications, self-developed mercerized cotton for retro jerseys, and recycled polyester for sustainable options. Custom fabric blends available upon request.
Can I customize the design, logo, colors, and packaging?
Absolutely. Everything is customizable: jersey design (colors, patterns, panels), logo application (technique, size, position), numbering and lettering, labels (woven, printed), hang tags, packaging (individual poly bags, branded boxes), and barcodes. Full OEM, ODM, and private label services available.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes! We strongly recommend ordering a pre-production sample so you can physically inspect the fabric quality, print accuracy, fit, and overall finish. Samples are produced within 7 days. Sample fees may apply and are typically credited toward your bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term clients, we offer flexible payment arrangements. Please discuss with your sales representative.
How do you ship orders?
We ship worldwide via air freight (fastest, 5-10 days), sea freight (most economical for large orders, 20-35 days), and rail freight (balance of speed and cost, 15-25 days to Europe). Door-to-door delivery available. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS for express shipments and major freight forwarders for bulk.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is at 5th-8th Floor, Building 1, Liandong U Valley, No.480 Guanghua 3rd Road, Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510450, China. We welcome factory visits – please schedule in advance with your sales representative.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer with our own 5,000+ sqm production facility and 300+ skilled workers. We are NOT a trading company or middleman. You work directly with the factory that produces your garments. Visit our Factory Tour page to see our facility.
What certifications do you have?
We are ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certified. We are also SLCP verified and Intertek WCA assessed. All certificates are available for review on our Quality Control page.
Do you have experience with professional sports clubs?
Yes. We are an official Umbro licensed manufacturer since 2013. We are the official kit supplier for Al Hilal SFC and Al Nassr FC (Saudi Pro League). Our jerseys have been worn by professional footballers in international competitions. See our Case Studies page for details.
What design file formats do you accept?
We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Adobe Photoshop), PDF, CDR (CorelDRAW), and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. If you only have sketches or ideas, our design team can help develop your concept into production-ready artwork.
Can you match specific Pantone or CMYK colors?
Yes. We use professional color management systems to match your specified Pantone or CMYK colors accurately. Sublimation printing can reproduce virtually any color with excellent accuracy.
What is your return or refund policy?
We produce garments to your exact specifications and approved sample. If any product fails to match the approved sample or has manufacturing defects, we will reproduce or refund at our discretion. We follow AQL 2.5 quality standards for all inspections.
