Travel Bag

Custom travel bags and team duffels printed the way our backpacks and cinch bags are: the polyester fabric is sublimated flat before the bag is cut, so a club print or a brand pattern runs across the main panel, the end pockets and the strap without stopping at a stitched-on badge. A team travel bag that matches the jersey and the backpack needs artwork approval for the selected product.

Why does that matter for a bag? Bags get dragged, stacked and left in the sun, and a heat-pressed logo is the first thing to peel at a corner. With sublimation there is nothing on the surface: the dye is in the yarn, so the print wears at the same rate as the fabric. A personalized travel bag with a player’s name is the same file with one text layer changed.
