Does the print wear off where the straps rub? No, the dye is inside the fibre, so straps rub fabric against fabric, not against an ink layer. A personalized cheer backpack or a player-named team bag is the same file with one text layer changed, and a reorder needs confirmation against the approved artwork, fabric and sample.
