What is the MOQ?
For sublimation orders, the MOQ is 5 pieces per design/color;
For cut and sewn orders, the MOQ is 100 pieces per design/color.
Do you offer specialty printing techniques?
Yes. Alongside full sublimation, we add embroidery, screen printing, silicone, heat transfer, TPU and reflective print for logos and trims.

Can I add woven labels and custom packaging?
Yes. Private label options: woven labels, printed neck labels, hang tags, polybags and barcode stickers, each at its own MOQ and cost.

How long does production take?
Sample lead time usually takes 3–5 business days after artwork confirmation.
Bulk lead time typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on order quantity, garment complexity, and production schedule.
Rush production may also be available for urgent projects.
Will you arrange the shipment ?
Yes. Express, air and sea are all available; tell us the destination and quantity and we recommend the channel.
What performance fabrics do you offer?
Yes. Regular and premium fabric options are stocked for sublimation garments, including AK2389, 5089, 3001, 3018, 3024, 2064, SY-MESH, G115# and 0355#.
Weights and textures are chosen by the garment’s use; see the fabric lab.
