Team Sets

Custom team sets are uniform packages built around one artwork file, so the cap, the backpack, the team pants, the bomber jacket, the hooded jacket and the hoodie need individual approval against the same colour reference. Esports orgs are the current core of this range; cheer custom uniforms, custom cheer jerseys with a personalized cheer backpack, and school or club packages need confirmation of production scope for each selected style, from 5 pieces per design and color.

Why does a package beat six separate orders? Compare samples from each supplier and fabric against the same approved colour reference. Here the file, the dye and the printer are shared across every piece, which is what sublimation cheer uniforms and esports kits both need, and each panel is printed flat before it is sewn, so compare the jersey and jacket samples against the agreed colour reference. Can a club add players mid-season without the new jackets looking a shade off? Yes, because a reorder needs confirmation against the approved artwork, fabric and sample.

What replaces a team store? Many clubs want an online team store where members buy their own kit. Akilex is the factory behind that model rather than the storefront, whether it is a custom team apparel online store run by a seller or a school’s own shop: a club, school or streamer collects sizes, we produce the custom team apparel under the club’s own label and ship the package to one address, or to a seller who runs the store. Woven labels, printed neck labels, hang tags and polybags are available as private label options at their own MOQ and cost.

The current esports package is documented piece by piece: esports jerseys for the roster, gaming hoodies for off-stage, and full-zip and half-zip jackets for travel. Match kit for ball sports sits in sport jersey, and the caps and bags in accessories. Minimums per style are on the MOQ and lead time page. Akilex was founded in 2008 and uses Japanese sublimation equipment and inspects every run to AQL 2.5.
