Sports Towels

Custom beach towels, personalized towels for teams and clubs, rally towels for a stadium giveaway, custom golf towels for a pro shop, custom pool towels and personalized pool towels for a swim school, custom sweat towels for a gym, and plush blankets, all printed at full coverage on a soft pile face. The current piece is a cream plush blanket with tropical leaves and hibiscus flowers; personalized beach towels, custom rally towels and towels for gyms and beach clubs run on the same sublimation line, with the graphic dyed into the polyester face rather than printed on top of it.

Does a printed towel stay soft, or does the print stiffen the pile? With sublimation the pile stays as soft as it was blank, because there is no ink layer on the surface. That is also why a personalized childrens beach towel with a name printed large survives a summer of sand and washing machines without the letters cracking. Sublimation towels wholesale orders ship under your own label, from 5 pieces per design and color.

What gets ordered? A swim club’s personalized towels with each swimmer’s name, custom rally towels for a game-day giveaway of a few hundred, custom golf towels with a club crest and a corner grommet, a hotel’s matching beach towels and cushions, a brand’s plush blanket for a winter drop. Names and logos are part of the artwork file, and a reorder needs confirmation against the approved artwork, fabric and sample.

A custom blanket for a hotel or holiday-rental line uses the same artwork as its cushions and pillows. Matching prints for a beach club are in beach wear, golf polos in outdoor and lifestyle, and the rest of the accessories range prints from the same file. Akilex has printed on its own sublimation line since 2008 and inspects every batch to AQL 2.5; pile that isn’t soft after printing doesn’t ship.
