Trolley Bag

Custom trolley bags and wheeled team kit bags with the body panels sublimated in your print before the bag is assembled, so a club pattern or a brand graphic covers the front, the sides and the lid rather than an embroidered patch on a plain black case. The dye is inside the polyester, so airport belts and stadium concrete scuff fabric, not print.

Who orders trolley bags here? A club or academy ordering a wheeled kit bag per player for away travel, a cheer or dance team ordering trolleys in team colors, an esports org ordering travel bags for a tournament roster, a brand adding a wheeled bag to a luggage range, a company ordering branded trolleys for a sales team. From 5 pieces per design and color under your own label.

What do we need to quote? Bag size, wheel type, frame or soft-body construction, compartments and your artwork as AI, PDF, PSD or EPS; hardware is agreed on the quote, and a print-ready mock comes back before a sample is made.

The rest of the set is in sports bags: a carry-on sized travel bag, sports backpacks and shoe bags in the same print; the kit that travels in them is in uniforms and team kits. Akilex has manufactured team goods since 2008 and inspects every run to AQL 2.5.
