Custom beachwear built as matched shirt-and-shorts resort sets printed with tropical and wave graphics, sold as a pair rather than separates, plus custom surf shorts, custom mens swim trunks and custom printed swim shorts cut from the same print files. Custom sublimated beachwear like this only reads as a set if the shirt and short are cut from the same file, so the pattern lines up in color even though the two pieces are sewn separately.

Do the sets have to be ordered as pairs? They don’t. The shirt and short can be split into their own SKUs if a buyer only wants one half of the print. Does a quick-dry polyester shirt survive salt water and sunscreen? The dye is inside the fibre, so a Hawaiian-style print fades with the fabric rather than off it, and there is no surface layer to crack at the collar.
