Will the brim print fade before the crown, since it takes the most sun? No more than the crown does; sublimation dyes the fibre through, so there is no surface layer for UV to lift. A custom logo bucket hat can carry the logo as part of the print or as a custom embroidered bucket hat with the logo stitched on after printing; custom bucket hat embroidery and print can sit on the same hat.
