Canvas Prints
Sublimation canvas prints use the same process as the jerseys: the artwork is dyed into a polyester canvas panel rather than inked onto the surface, so a sublimation print on canvas keeps its color without a varnish layer that yellows. Canvas for sublimation is a poly-canvas weave, heavier than the apparel knits, and it takes a photographic gradient as cleanly as a flat graphic.
Why dye sublimation canvas instead of a standard inkjet canvas? Because the dye is inside the fibre, the surface can be wiped and won’t flake at a fold, which matters for a shop display that gets moved or a hotel print that gets cleaned. The panel prints flat first, then is cut to size, so a wall hanging and a matching cushion or tablecloth can come from one file in one color pass.
Who orders here? A hotel or holiday-rental group wanting matching wall art, cushions and bedding in a house pattern, a retailer ordering branded canvas panels for shop displays, an artist or brand printing a limited run of its graphics, an event company ordering backdrop panels. From 5 pieces per design and color; a reorder needs confirmation against the approved artwork, fabric and sample. Blanks are not sold on their own; every panel ships printed.
This range is being loaded with new pieces. Matching soft goods from the same file are in cushions, pillows and the wider home and living range; printed towels and blankets are in sports towels. Akilex matches print color to 95% on Japanese equipment and inspects every run to AQL 2.5.
