Custom crossfit shorts, tanks and training tees for boxes and gyms that want the box logo on every member’s kit without a heat-pressed patch that cracks at the first burpee. The graphic is sublimated into the polyester before the garment is sewn, so a stripe down the short leg, a name across the back of a tank or an event date on a sleeve is part of the fabric.

What holds up in a training bay? Request the fabric code, composition, weight and seam construction for the selected shorts, leggings, tanks or tees. Because the dye is inside the yarn, a print stretched over a squat doesn’t go pale, and chalk and floor friction don’t lift it. Colors are matched to the approved file at 95% accuracy, so the box red is the same red on the short and the tank.

A box ordering member kit in the gym colors with each name on the back, a competition organiser ordering event tees and judges’ shirts, a coach running a small own-label training line, a gym chain kitting out three locations from one file. From 5 pieces per design and color, under your own label; a reorder for new members prints from the same file.

This range is being loaded with new styles; the current training pieces are in tank tops, street shorts, leggings, pants and shorts and compression wear, with fight-camp kit in MMA. Stretch fabrics are listed in the fabric lab. Akilex has manufactured since 2008 and inspects every run to AQL 2.5.
