Our 6-Step Custom Sportswear Manufacturing Process
We make the entire customization process clear, efficient, and transparent. From your first idea to final delivery, our team guides you through every stage with professional support.
Step 1: Design Consultation
Estimated Time: 1-2 Days
Share your design sketches, reference images, team logos, or simply describe your ideas. Our experienced design team will review your requirements and provide professional suggestions on fabrics, techniques, measurements, and colors.
We accept design files in AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, or even hand-drawn sketches.
Step 2: Sample Development
Estimated Time: 5-7 Days
Once the design details are confirmed, our sample team begins creating your pre-production sample. We select the specified fabrics, apply your chosen logo techniques, and produce a sample according to your exact specifications.
Digital photos and videos can be sent for your initial review before physical shipment.
Step 3: Sample Revision & Approval
Estimated Time: 3-5 Days
After receiving the sample, you can review the fit, colors, logo placement, fabric feel, and overall workmanship. If any modifications are needed, such as size adjustment, color correction, or logo repositioning, we revise the sample until you are fully satisfied.
The approved sample becomes the production standard for bulk manufacturing.
Step 4: Bulk Production
Estimated Time: 15-25 Days
After sample approval, full-scale production begins. Our production team follows the approved sample specifications carefully, including fabric, colors, sizing, printing position, sewing details, labels, and packaging requirements.
We can provide production updates with photos or videos during cutting, printing, sewing, finishing, and packing.
Step 5: Quality Inspection
Standard: AQL 2.5
Every garment goes through a strict quality control process before shipment. Our inspection system includes raw material checking, in-line production inspection, end-of-line inspection, final random inspection, and pre-shipment inspection.
We follow the AQL 2.5 standard, an international benchmark commonly used for apparel quality control.
Step 6: Global Delivery
Air, Sea, Rail & Door-to-Door Shipping
Your order is carefully packed and shipped according to your preferred delivery method. We support air freight, sea freight, rail freight, express delivery, and door-to-door shipping.
We also provide tracking information and export documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin when required.
