Full Print Hoodies

Custom logo hoodies and sublimation sweatshirts here are cut-and-sew builds, not blanks with a transfer on the chest. Every all over print hoodie has body, sleeves, hood panels, pocket and cuffs printed separately and then assembled, so a graphic wraps the hood and continues down the arm, and a sublimation hoodie or sublimate sweatshirt run for a brand or a team carries its logo inside the dye rather than on top of it.

Can you make a full sublimation hoodie from cotton fleece? No. A hoodie for sublimation needs polyester for the dye to bond with, so the selected fabric composition, weight and construction need confirmation, and the print won’t stiffen the panel. Designing your own hoodie? Send the artwork as a flat file and the hood, pocket and sleeve panels come back as a print-ready mock before anything is cut.

What runs through this range? Custom mens hoodies and mens custom sweatshirts for a streetwear label, womens custom sweatshirts in a cropped cut, custom camo hoodies for an outdoor brand, custom logo sweatshirts for a company or a school, and pullover or full-zip hoodies for a team’s off-field kit, from 5 pieces per design and color. A reorder needs confirmation against the approved artwork, fabric and sample; compare the new hoodie sample with the earlier approved garment.

See matching tops in the sublimation print tees, bottoms in street shorts, and the esports versions in gaming hoodies. Woodland and camo pullovers sit in camouflage. Weights and hand feel are set out in the polyester fabric weight guide. Akilex runs an 8,000 m² plant with 300+ staff and inspects every run to AQL 2.5.
