Polo Shirts

Custom polo shirts with logo, personalized polos and custom polo jerseys are the hardest garments in this catalogue to get right, because the collar and placket are the first things a buyer touches. Akilex builds custom sublimated polo shirts with knitted or self-fabric collars, printed plackets and matched button tape, so the color story carries through instead of stopping at the neckline.

Why do cheap dye sublimation polo shirts look wrong after one wash? A white rib collar was sewn to a printed body. A proper sublimated polo doesn’t do that. For custom embroidered polo shirts the logo is stitched after printing, so the thread sits on a fully dyed panel rather than on a blank; screen print, silicone, heat transfer, TPU and reflective print are the other decoration options for a chest mark or sleeve badge.

What gets ordered here? Custom polo t shirts and personalized polo t shirts for a company uniform with a logo on the left chest, a custom polo tee for staff at an event, custom polo tops for an esports org in the team gradient, retro soccer polo jerseys with a striped collar for a supporters’ club, bowling and golf polos with sponsor names across the back. Confirm the available cuts and sizes. The stated sublimation minimum is 5 pieces per design and color; compare a reorder sample against the earlier approved polo.

Collar, fabric and placket options are compared in our custom sublimated polo shirt guide. League-style versions with panel blocks sit in bowling wear, softer streetwear cuts in the oversized tees, and gaming cuts in esports jerseys. Check sizing before ordering. Akilex has manufactured since 2008 and inspects every run to AQL 2.5.
