Performance Wear

Custom athletic apparel, cut, printed and sewn to your artwork. Akilex is a fitness clothing manufacturer and workout clothes supplier building custom sublimated sports uniforms and complete team packages for soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, boxing, MMA and training squads, with numbers and sponsor marks printed into the cloth rather than pressed onto it. Custom gym wear for a studio, activewear for a Shopify brand and matching custom gym bags or personalized gym bags come off the same line, which is why fitness wear suppliers and brands source here, from 5 pieces per design and color.

Why does that matter after fifty washes? Because sublimation ink becomes part of the polyester, so a sublimation sports jersey fades at the same rate as the fabric around it. There’s no transfer edge to lift. Fabrics run with fabric codes and weights to be confirmed for the selected garment knits, with moisture management, stretch recovery and anti-pilling available as tested properties; reports can be provided on request.

Who orders custom athletic clothing here? A high-school program kitting out three sports from one file, a gym launching custom workout clothes under its own label, a fight camp that needs singlets and shorts in the club colors, a running club wanting custom athletic wear with a sponsor down the sleeve. Confirm the available sizes and measurement chart for the selected style.

Work through the sport jersey category for match kit, compression wear for base layers, technical shirts and tracksuits for training, MMA and boxing for fight gear, and full-zip and half-zip jackets for sideline layers. Our quality system inspects to AQL 2.5, and the 8,000 m² plant Akilex runs as a custom sportswear manufacturer in Guangzhou holds ISO 9001:2015.
