Our QC Standards
Our 5-Point Quality Inspection Process
Every garment goes through a structured inspection process from raw material checking to pre-shipment inspection.
| 1. Raw Material Inspection | All incoming fabrics and materials are checked for weight, color consistency, shrinkage rate, and defect-free condition before entering production. |
|---|---|
| 2. In-Line QC | During production, QC inspectors randomly sample garments at each workstation to catch and correct issues immediately. |
| 3. End-of-Line QC | Completed garments are inspected for stitching quality, print accuracy, color matching, and overall finish. |
| 4. Final Random Inspection | A statistical random sample of finished garments is inspected against the AQL 2.5 standard before packaging. |
| 5. Pre-Shipment Inspection | Final check of packaged goods for quantity, labeling, packaging integrity, and shipping documentation accuracy. |
